Food supplement based on Omega 3 from fish oil, adjuvant to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels. EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contribute to normal heart function.
It does not contain: starch, gluten, salt (sodium chloride), lactose, sugar (sucrose).

How to use
Take 2 pearls a day with main meals, or before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. If you are taking anticoagulants or are suffering from haemophilia, consult your doctor before use, as the polyunsaturated fatty acids contained in fish oil have a blood thinning action. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.

Interaction with drugs
The intake of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids interferes with anticoagulant drugs (they enhance their action) and acetylsalicylic acid (antiplatelet agent).

Interactions with other nutrients
An integration of polyunsaturated fatty acids increases the need for vitamin E, the antioxidant in the lipid phase that protects the lipids from peroxidation caused by both endogenous and exogenous free radicals.

Toxicity - side effects
Fish oil can, in some cases, cause flatulence, bloating, nausea and diarrhea.
