Omega 3
Salmon Oil

Food supplement based on salmon oil, natural source of fatty polyunsaturated acids (AGP) of the omega-3 series, in particular eicosopentanoic acid (EPA) and docosohexanoic acid (DHA).
It reduces plasma triglyceride levels and LDL cholesterol, helps prevent and treat cardiovascular disorders.
It does not contain: starch, gluten, salt (sodium chloride), lactose, sugar (sucrose).

How to use
2 pearls a day during main meals, or before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. If you are taking anticoagulants or are suffering from haemophilia, consult your doctor before use, as the polyunsaturated fatty acids contained in fish oil exert a blood-thinning action. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek the advice of the doctor.

Drug interactions
The intake of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids interferes with anticoagulant drugs (they enhance their action) and acetylsalicylic acid (antiplatelet agent).

Interactions with other nutrients
An integration of polyunsaturated fatty acids increases the need for vitamin E, the antioxidant in the lipid phase that protects lipids from peroxidation caused by both endogenous and exogenous free radicals.

Toxicity - side effects
Fish oil can, in some cases, cause flatulence, bloating, nausea and diarrhea.
