It does not contain gluten, lactose, salt (sodium chloride), sugar, starch, yeast.

How to use
Take 3 capsules with a glass of water after dinner. If necessary, dissolve the contents in the liquid.
Drug interactions
Accentuates the sedative effect of barbiturates, anesthetics and / or sedative drugs on the central nervous system.
Interactions with other nutrients
Valerian increases the hypnotic action of melatonin on the central nervous system.
Toxicity - Undesirable effects
In rare cases, extremely high doses of Valerian can cause dizziness, agitation, blurred vision, nausea, migraine. Taking Valerian may produce a slight reduction in attention and concentration. Chronic use of high doses of Passionflower can, in very rare cases, induce nausea, vomiting, sweating and tachycardia.
Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless otherwise instructed by your doctor. Avoid drinking alcohol if you are taking the product. Avoid taking concomitantly with barbiturates and other drugs with sedative action on the central nervous system. While it may cause drowsiness, do not perform activities that require attention such as driving. For children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
