How to use

Drug interactions
It can enhance the action of anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin and the inhibition of platelet aggregation caused by acetylsalicylic acid.

Interactions with other nutrients
Vitamin E acts synergistically with other antioxidant nutrients, in particular with vitamin C and selenium. Vitamin C regenerates oxidized vitamin E in the body and enhances its antioxidant effects. Vitamin E also improves the utilization of vitamin A.

Toxicity - Undesirable effects
Vitamin E is poorly toxic compared to other fat-soluble vitamins. There are many data that demonstrate the safety of vitamin E supplements. It has been observed that only over 2000 mg / day some subjects show disturbances, especially intestinal problems.

Warnings
