Description
Food supplement based on melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin just before going to bed. Melatonin helps to alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg just before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Ingredients
Purified water; fructose; concentrated apple juice (Malus domestica Borkh., fruit); preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; thickener: xanthan gum; flavourings; acidifier: citric acid.

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take 0.5 ml (to be measured with a pipette) in the evening before going to bed. Shake well before use.

Different production lots may have slightly different colours: this does not affect the quality of the finished product in any way.
