INDICATIONS
Jevity® is a food for special medical purposes for the diet of patients requiring a tube feed.
ADVICE FOR USE
Jevity® is ready for use. Shake well. Open the package only immediately before use. Once opened, use within the next 24 hours. After this time, discard any remainder. Store the sealed package at room temperature avoiding prolonged exposure to light.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This product can be used as a sole nutritional source or as a supplement to the patient's diet. Do not use in children. Do not use in case of galactosemia. Not for parenteral use.
