INDICATIONS

Jevity® PLUS is a food for special medical purposes for the diet of patients with malnutrition or at risk of malnutrition who require liquid feeding by tube.

ADVICE FOR USE

Instructions for use: Jevity® PLUS is ready for use. Shake well. Once opened, the package can be stored in the refrigerator and used within the following 24 hours. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Store the sealed package at room temperature.

Important Warning: This product can be used as the sole nutritional source or as a supplement to the patient's diet. Do not use in children. Do not use in case of galactosemia. Not for parenteral use.
