How to use

13 g is recommended. per day (equivalent to one measuring cup of 25 ml per day, included inside the jar) diluted in a glass of water.

COLLAGEN: It is the most abundant protein in the body and is found as part of the connective tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, bones, cartilage, adipose tissue and organs). Collagen helps maintain and regenerate bone structures, joints, cartilage, tendons, muscles, skin, hair and nails. Collagen is produced by our body, however, as we age, its production decreases and consequently wrinkles appear, the skin is less compact and firm and joint problems arise.

MAGNESIUM: It is an essential mineral found in bones and most human tissues. It intervenes in the processes of protein formation, therefore, we often find it in combination with collagen to favor its absorption.

GLUCOSAMINE : It is an amino monosaccharide present in the cartilages of mammals, in normal conditions it is produced by chondrocytes (cartilage cells) with the help of the enzyme glucosamine synthetase. With advancing age, this enzymatic activity decreases. In addition, it intervenes in the formation and repairs of cartilage helping to relieve joint pain.

VITAMIN C: Or ascorbic acid is an essential nutrient and must be introduced with the diet as the human body is unable to produce it. It is a powerful antioxidant, soluble in water and essential for the growth and maintenance of body tissues. It cannot be stored in the body and its excess is eliminated in the urine, therefore, its intake must be daily. One of its main functions is to promote the absorption of collagen. In addition, it protects against free radicals, responsible for aging, helps regulate blood pressure and helps reduce the levels of circulating fat in the blood and cell membranes.

MSM (METHYLSULPHONYL METHANE): It is a natural source of sulfur, a fundamental mineral element for the structure of our body and its functioning.
