Consumption recommendation
1x per day one sachet dissolved in still water (approx. 200 ml) - eg. in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before bedtime.
As a cure, we recommend taking it for a period of 3-4 months. When taking it for a longer period of time, it is recommended that you determine your vitamin D level.
