Ingrediants
Powder of: ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) Dunal.] Radix; shatavari [asparagusracemosus (willd.) oberm.] radix; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) pericarpium; sigru (moringa oleifera gaertn.) semen; haritaki (terminalia chebula retz.) fructus; vidarikand [pueraria tuberosa (roxb. ex willd.) dc.] rhizoma; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
1 tablet twice a day, with milk and crystal sugar, in the morning and evening or half an hour before meals. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.
