Indications and characteristics of the product

Karos Gola pastiglie, thanks to the moisturizing and protective film that forms with saliva, is indicated in all cases of inflamed oral mucosa, such as: affections of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract (such as pharyngitis and pharyngitis, both in the acute and chronic phase); sore throat; dry cough; difficulty in swallowing; moreover, thanks to its barrier action, it reduces the inflammation of the vocal cords, improves their viscoelastic properties and reduces hoarseness and dysphonia.
Again thanks to its barrier action, Karos Gola tablets are also indicated as a coadjuvant in re-epithelialization processes, for example in the presence of gastrointestinal reflux and in patients undergoing radiotherapy of the oral cavity.
The hydrogel that forms in association with saliva when Karos Gola tablets are dissolved in the mouth, is deposited as a protective film on the inflamed mucous membranes of the mouth and pharynx, promoting the healing process of the mucous membranes.

Composition

Carbomer, xanthan gum, Sodium hyaluronate, mannitol, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sorbitol, citric acid, aspartame, vitamin C, flavor, zinc citrate dihydrate.

Frequency and method of use

Children aged between 6 and 10: 1 tablet every 4 + 5 hours; do not exceed the dose of 3 tablets per day.
Adults and children over 10 years: 1 tablet every 2 + 3 hours; do not exceed the dose of 6 tablets per day.
Let the Karos Gola tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth.

Warnings

Do not use Karos Gola tablets after the expiry date stated on the package.
The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
Do not use Karos Gola pads if the packaging is open or damaged.
Before using Karos Gola lozenges in children over 6 years of age, it is necessary to check the actual ability of the child to suck the lozenge, avoiding the risk that the lozenge can be swallowed entirely.
