Indications

Pain and limitation of joint mobility in case of degenerative and traumatic changes in the knee joint and other synovial joints.

The synovial fluid normally contains hyaluronic acid which makes it viscoelastic and thanks to its lubricating and shock-absorbing properties it allows you to perform physiological movements without experiencing pain; it also feeds the cartilage by supplying it with nutrients.

In case of degenerative joint damage, the viscoelasticity of the synovial fluid is markedly reduced, which

it reduces joint mobility, causes pain and destroys cartilage.

The integration of the synovial fluid with intra-articular injections of purified hyaluronic acid allows an improvement of the viscoelastic properties of the synovial fluid: in this way, already after a first course of treatment with 3-5 intra-articular injections not only improves the mobility of the articulation, but the pains felt on degenerative lesions are also reduced.

Recommended cycle

The product is injected once a week intra-articularly. Generally 3 intra-articular injections are sufficient.

The advantages and benefits of a treatment with 3 intra-articular injections are maintained for at least 6 months; if necessary, the treatment cycles can be repeated.
