Property
Pool of glycogenic amino acids: glutamine, leucine, alanine, valine, glycine, isoleucine, balanced in ideal percentages for recovery and avoiding muscle catabolism.

Maltodextrins: taking maltodextrins ensures easy digestion and restores muscle glycogen stores.
Fructose: it is a simple carbohydrate with a low glycemic index, it is absorbed and used quickly, providing a rapid source of energy.
Dextrose: it is a simple carbohydrate with a high glycemic index, it is absorbed and used quickly, providing a rapid source of energy.
Vitamin C: is active in the production of antibodies, increasing the body's resistance; it is an excellent antioxidant (fights free radicals); enters energy production processes; promotes the absorption of iron and other minerals (zinc, calcium, magnesium etc.).
