Keep Calm is a supplement for the regulation of sleep and stress, mood and anxiety.
Food supplement based on plant extracts and theanine.
Physiological Effects:
- griffonia seeds: useful for normal mood;
- griffonia seeds and jujube seeds: relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being;
- scutellaria root: natural defenses of the organism.
Ingrediants
Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill.] Seeds es (20% 5-hydroxytryptophan), jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) Seeds es (2% triterpene saponins), L-theanine, microcrystalline celluosa, scutellaria (Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi) root es (30% baicalin), magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder and Wilson) bark es (90% magnolols); anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, talc and silica from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems.
The dry extracts are supported on maize maltodextrin.

How to use
2-3 tablets a day (morning, afternoon and evening), preferably between meals.
Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet following a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
During pregnancy, breastfeeding and if you are taking antidepressant or anxiolytic medications, consult your doctor before taking the product.
