Description
High quality freeze-dried traditional kefir grains for making fresh kefir at home.
Rich in live lactic ferments and yeasts.

Ingredients
Lactococcus spp., Lactobacillus spp., Streptococcus spp., Leuconostoc spp., Saccharomicesspp., maltodextrins from corn.

Allergens: milk and milk -based products (including lactose ).

Gluten- free, GMO, additives, flavourings, preservatives, thickeners.

Instructions for use
To be consumed cold plain or with the addition of jam, honey, fruit puree, etc.
Each sachet is the dose for 1 liter of milk.
With whole milk you obtain a more consistent and aromatic Kefir.
1. Pour the contents of the sachet into a container (glass or plastic jar), add 1 liter of milk at room temperature and dissolve all the powder well. With whole milk you obtain a more consistent and aromatic kefir.
Place the lid without closing it hermetically and place the container in a dark environment (cabinet/pantry).
2. Leave Kefir Linea to rest until ripe:
- in an environment with a temperature of approximately 25°C to 30°C for 13/17 hours;
- in an environment with a temperature of approximately 20°C to 24°C for 24/48 hours;
- in an environment with a temperature of 16°C for 3/4 days.
3. Maturation occurs when the surface of the milk is slightly thickened (clot), touching it delicately with a teaspoon will leave an "imprint".
Sometimes you will also see carbon dioxide cells (bubbles) in the milk, which will give kefir its traditional slightly fizzy taste.
4, Once ripened, place Kefir Linea in the refrigerator for 24 hours, without shaking it.
5. Before enjoying the kefir, mix gently to make it more homogeneous.
Notes: Kefir Line is always formed; possibly extend the maturation times (point 2) until it is obtained.
If whey (transparent liquid) forms on the surface of the kefir due to too long maturation, after letting it cool in the refrigerator, you can remove it or mix it into the kefir, thus obtaining a more acidic taste.
