Excipients

Starch, lactose, PVP, talc, cellulose acetophthalate, diethyl phthalate, sucrose, gum arabic, titanium dioxide, spermaceti.

Therapeutic indications

Mild sedative, also to promote night rest.

Contraindications

Known individual hypersensitivity to the product.

Dosage

1-2 coated tablets, three times a day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

No special warnings.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicaments are not documented in the literature. However, it is likely that valerian extracts can potentiate the depressive effects on the central nervous system induced by other substances, such as barbiturates and chlorpromazine; it follows that the simultaneous use of psychotropic drugs, barbiturates or major sedatives must be considered with a critical sense.
