KERMA® is a potassium and magnesium based mineral salt supplement associated with: L-arginine, L-acetyl carnitine, coenzyme Q10, vitamin B1, vitamin C and vitamin E ; useful in states of potassium and magnesium deficiency or of increased need for these substances which can be caused by intense physical activity, excessive sweating or a lack of dietary intake.
Coenzyme Q10 is contained in the mitochondria, small organs that donate cellular energy.

L-acetyl carnitine serves to facilitate the consumption of fatty acids.
L-arginine is an essential amino acid for our body for the maintenance of numerous physiological functions.

Reference for the effects

• Potassium: contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
• Magnesium: contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin C: contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin E: contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): contributes to normal heart function.

Recommended dose

1 - 3 sachets a day, according to medical opinion, after meals dissolved in half a glass of water.
