Ketoram SyForm Food Supplement
Ketoram is a supplement of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) in particular ratio 4: 1: 1, ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate and vitamin B6.
Branched-chain amino acids are abundantly contained in the muscle (35% of the total) and are one of the most important regulating factors of muscle protein metabolism.
Their availability promotes protein synthesis. In particular, the amino acid leucine is particularly active in this sense, as it induces the activity of the intracellular receptor mTOR C1.
This is why Ketoram compared to Friram contains a different ratio of BCAAs, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine equal to 4: 1: 1 instead of 2: 1: 1.
This formulation seems more suitable for accelerating post-exercise recovery, and in particular for promoting muscle growth.
Branched chain amino acids are also an excellent supplement for promoting muscle recovery after trauma, surgery and during rehabilitation.
Not being metabolized directly by the liver, but in the muscle, they can be taken without precautions in a recommended average dosage of 1 g / 10 kg of weight.
Ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG) increases the availability of AKG, an essential intermediate in the metabolism of amino acids, very useful for promoting both anabolic and catabolic activity, and facilitating the expulsion of excess nitrogen.
The amino acid ornithine participates in the urea cycle, responsible for the elimination of nitrogenous waste.
Ketoram is therefore indicated to support the muscular activity of those who practice weight training, it promotes rapid recovery after activity, ensuring tone and efficiency to the muscles.
How to use
Take 5 tablets a day, preferably after training, accompanied by a glass of water.
