Organic KI BEAN FLOUR - Gluten Free
Gluten-free white flour produced with certified organic beans. It contains a good percentage of fibers and proteins and can also be used for the creation of dishes suitable for celiacs and gluten intolerant.
Below we propose a vegetarian recipe to be able to taste it to the fullest.
Maltagliati bean curd recipe with pesto and walnuts:
Ingrediants
- 250 grams of bean curd
- 2 eggs
- 20 ml of water
- salt
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- rice flour
Preparation
Take the bean curd, eggs, salt and water and blend the mixture. Add the oil and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let it rest for 10 minutes in a bowl with cling film, then take part of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin between two sheets of baking paper and pass it through the fresh pasta machine. Cut the dough into the typical rhombus shape of maltagliati and finally cook in salted water for about 3 minutes. Season with a basil and walnut pesto.
