Rapunzel Coconut Oil is ideal for cooking and frying food. It is a virgin oil, 100% pure. For its production, fresh coconuts are simply shredded, then the flakes are dried and finally pressed to extract the oil. The coconuts come from the Fair Trade of Rapunzel's Hand in Hand project in Sri Lanka.
