How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop of 15 ml diluted in a large glass of water 2 times a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Or dilute 2 scoops of 15ml (30ml total) in 1 liter of water to drink during the day. In the package there is a measuring cup.
