This food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, lipoic acid, folic acid and manganese thanks to its mix of active ingredients can be useful in the presence of polycystic ovary syndrome and more generally of insulin resistance; it is a product that does not contain gluten.

What are the active ingredients of kirocomplex tablets

• Inositol - It is a substance belonging to the vitamin B complex. Supplementation with myo- and d-chiro-inositol allows the reduction of the reproductive and metabolic consequences of insulin resistance
• Resveratrol is a polyphenol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum, a plant known for its anti-radical properties. The anti-oxidant action of resveratrol is essential to fight the formation of free radicals.
• Folic Acid - Folic acid is essential for cell growth and multiplication: it is in fact an essential component for the synthesis of DNA, proteins and for the formation of hemoglobin. Folic acid is not produced by our body, but must be taken with food; a complete and balanced diet is usually sufficient to provide the daily requirement of 200 mcg of folic acid. The daily requirement increases during pregnancy (400 mcg), when the fetus draws from the maternal reserves for its development. The use of drugs for the treatment of insulin resistance, contraceptives, can contribute to causing a decrease in the concentration of folic acid in the body. It has been shown that the daily intake of folic acid at least 2 months before conception and during pregnancy is able to reduce the occurrence of anomalies in the embryonic nervous system by 50-70%.
• Manganese - Manganese is an essential micronutrient for the proper functioning of many physiological processes and is essential to ensure the state of well-being of our body. It performs synergistic activity with D-Chiro-inositol.
