Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol, gymnema, chromium, manganese, vitamin D, folic acid from Quatrefolic and melatonin.
Gymnema promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and is useful for controlling the sense of hunger, manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

How to use
We recommend a daily intake of 1 or 2 stick packs, to be dissolved directly in the mouth or to be dissolved in a glass of water.
