Alga klamath : Aphanizomenon flos aquae is a blue-green microalgae that grows wild in the homonymous lake in Oregon (USA), an uncontaminated area of volcanic origin.

Curiosity

The klamath has a very complete nutritional profile and a high bioavailability and, for this reason, it is considered a superfood: it is composed of 20 amino acids, more than 60 minerals and identified trace elements, 14 vitamins, 15 carotenoids, chlorophyll, beta-carotene, fatty acids omega 3 and 6, polyphenols, as well as specific algal molecules such as mycosporin-like amino acids (MAA), AFA-phycocyanins (AFA-PC), β-phenylethylamine (PEA).

Among the compounds in which this alga is rich, noteworthy for its properties is phenylethylamine. This molecule is also called the "love molecule" because it is produced in large quantities during falling in love. This molecule has been shown to increase synaptic dopamine levels; therefore, being able to modulate dopaminergic transmissions, it also acts positively on mood, attention, concentration and libido.

HOW TO USE

1 or 2 capsules twice a day preferably between meals.
