Moisturizing And Soothing Emulgel

Soothing natural product, for delicate and sensitive skin.

Kodermik Baby Gel is a cosmeceutical for cutaneous use suitable for the treatment of particularly delicate and sensitive skin with redness and irritation; performs a soothing action.

The active ingredients contained in the Kodermik Baby Gel contribute as adjuvants in all cases where a soothing and calming effect against redness is required.

Kodermik Baby Gel contains:

Sweet almond oil
Used in cosmetics and dermatology as an emollient and protective of the skin and in preparations with moisturizing, anti-itching and against burns. Spread on the skin, thanks to its particular acidic composition, almond oil integrates very well with the hydrolipidic film, hindering the evaporation of skin water.

Bisabolol
Thanks to its properties, it is used in cosmetics intended for sensitive and delicate skin, it is effective as a soothing product for children and for inflamed, reddened skin, affected by atopic dermatitis and irritations in general.

Glycyrrhetic acid
It is a pentacyclic triterpene acid with a complex structure that includes a fraction with cortison-like activity but without the side effects and risks associated with the use of cortisones. Thanks to its properties, it is used in cosmetics intended for sensitive and delicate palms.

Chamomile
It is mainly composed of flavonoids such as apigenin, luteolin, quercetin, rutin and their glycosides, responsible for the marked anti-reddening, soothing and decongestant properties of the extract. It stimulates the functionality of the microcirculation and the activity of fibroblasts with promoting the synthesis of collagen, elastic fibers and hyaluronic acid, thus favoring the repair of the epidermis and dermis.

Betaglucan
It is a linear polysaccharide of glucose obtained by extraction from the yeast cell wall. Applied to the skin, in addition to its moisturizing properties, it has a protective action against oxidative stress induced by UVA radiation and stimulates the proliferation of fibroblasts, which are important in tissue regeneration. It also has non-specific immunostimulating properties that are important in the healing process.

Allantoin
It can be considered as a purine derivative with terminal urea (glyoxylurea), whose brute formula is C4H6N4O3. It is the final product of the oxidation of the unique acid which is catalyzed by the enzymes urate oxidase and 5-hydroxyurate hydrolase. Safe and effective as a skin protector.

Escin
A mixture of triterpene saponins extracted from Aesculus hippocastanum. It is considered the main molecule responsible for the vasoprotective effects. It has anti-edema, anti-exudative and antioxidant action. Characterized by a strong draining and detoxifying effect useful in cases of accumulation of toxins, it promotes microcirculation and cell turnover, it has a vasoprotective and reinforcing action of the vascular connective tissue.
Bound

Heparin
It is a glycosaminoglycan capable of performing various functions concerning the maintenance of the correct fluidity of the blood. The use of heparin in gel determines an improvement in the blood fluidity of the local microcirculation, i.e. in the point where it is applied, therefore it is widely approved in those situations that concern the blood circulation such as phlebitis, varicose veins and hematomas following bruises.
