Indications: Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Ingrediants
Garcinia ( Garcinia cambogia Desr. Synonym Garciniagummi-gutta (L.) Roxb. ) Fruit peel dry extract (60% hydroxycitric acid [HCA] as calcium salt) 500 mg; Green coffee ( Coffea arabica L. ) semi-dry extract (50% chlorogenic acid and 3% caffeine) 300 mg, White mulberry ( Morusalba L. ) leaves dry extract (1% deoxinojirimicina) 100 mg; Black pepper ( Pipernigrum L. ) fruit dry extract (95% piperine) 8 mg; chromium picolinate 100mcg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

How to use
1 tablet 2 times a day, fifteen minutes before meals.

Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods of more than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Due to the presence of black pepper it is not recommended to use in case of gastritis, gastroduodenal ulcer or hemorrhoids. Not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosages. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
