Oleuropein is the main polyphenol present in the leaves and fruit of the olive tree, it is also found in extra virgin olive oil in quite variable quantities. Natural polyphenols have been the subject of great interest for their numerous beneficial properties and in general for their ability to counteract cellular, tissue and entire organism aging. Polydatin is a natural glucoside of resveratrol, a substance known for its antioxidant properties. The scientific evidence produced so far shows that lapolidatin plays a protective role against numerous ailments. Fisiodyn allows the intake of 100 mg of oleuropein and 50 mg of polydatin for each tablet, a quantity not obtainable through a normal diet, together with vitamin K and vitamin D, the deficiency of which has been related to postural instability and muscle weakness as well as to a increased risk of osteoporosis and fractures, particularly in people over the age of sixty. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal edentious bones and normal muscle function, to the normal absorption / utilization of calcium and phosphorus, to normal calcium levels in the blood.

How to use
Take one tablet twice a day, before breakfast and before dinner.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
