How to use
Take 2 capsules a day. Everyday.
For those who practice sports:
4 capsules (3 g) per day, every day.
To optimize the effect 4 capsules on training days and 2 capsules on non-training days.
On days of physical effort (gym, football, cycling, triathlon, etc.): take the 4 capsules all together 1 hour before the start of the performance.
Warnings
