HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take 1 green tablet in the morning and 1 red tablet in the evening, before going to bed, for the period indicated by the specialist (usually 3-month cycles, with a one-month break). Do not take during pregnancy and under 12 years, unless after consulting your doctor. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
