An entirely Gragnanese legend tells of the birth of the “ca pont” Pasta, with the tip. A pasta maker returning home after his day of work in the factory noticed his little daughter pinning a long pasta to use as a writing pen by dipping it into the ink of the inkwell. From that moment on, from a simple game, the pasta maker got the idea of creating new sharp pasta shapes! The shapes with the tip are characterized by their particular happy combination with a "good ragu '", but in general with any type of sauce.

Both smooth and striped, they are ideal for easy, quick and tasteful dishes, now also for celiacs!
