Giant Lumaconi because they have a diameter of about 5 centimeters, they have the characteristic of letting the sauce in and incorporating it to such an extent that it no longer lets it out. It can also be used to be blanched for about 10 minutes, stuffed and then au gratin in the oven for another 10 minutes.

It is a special format, difficult even to describe, in fact due to its presentation it is a format that no other pasta factory produces, dried at a low temperature and for at least 36/40 hours, rigorously bronze-drawn.

This company has been producing this pasta for three generations with the dictates of the high family pasta tradition, gently kneading the best semolina, from the first extraction, with water from the "clear and uncontaminated" spring of the Lattari mountains.
