How to use:

Or add a teaspoon of product to a little vinegar or lemon, for a sauce suitable for cooked vegetables and salads.
Do not add salt.

Characteristics:

Artisan product, not pasteurized; pasteurization inactivates the lactobacillates, thus losing most of its beneficial effect.
Prepared with brown rice, water, quality ingredients and two years aging in cedar barrels.
Wheat-free.

Components:
soy; brown rice; sea salt; water; koji (aspergillus oryzae).
