ORGANIC WHOLEMEAL OAT FLAKES MIGNON
Smaller than traditional oat flakes, in integral version, they are used for soups, broths, in addition to vegetable drinks or for breakfast. The grain of the cereal is softened with a short steaming and then pressed. Thanks to this process, they do not require cooking but it is sufficient to soak them.

HOW TO USE
