How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: take 1 tablet a day, before breakfast. Due to the size and strength of the tablets, this product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Warnings

Do not use in case of hemochromatosis. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Atomized acerola juice (Malpighia punicifolia L. - 384 mg / comp.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; ferrous gluconate, powder of: parsley leaves and stems (Petroselinum crispum M. / Petroselinum sativum H. - 100 mg / comp.), spinach leaves (Spinacia oleracea L. - 100 mg / comp.), nettle leaves (Urtica dioica L. - 100 mg / comp.); coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, talc; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; vitamins B12, B6, B2, folic acid (B9).
