Ingrediants
L-tryptophan; inositol; L-methionine; magnesium carbonate and glycerophosphate; vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12; magnesium stearate; chromium chloride.

How to use
1 to 3 capsules per day, preferably as a snack or dinner.

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
