How to use

Adults for preventive purposes: 2 capsules per day.
As a supplement during an illness: 3 to 6 capsules per day.
Children for preventive purposes: 1 capsule per day.
As a supplement during an illness: 2 capsules per day.
A minimum treatment of three months is recommended; it can be taken without time limits.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
