LACTIFOS® consists of: - Spore-forming Lactobacilli - Fructoligosaccharides (FOS) - Inulin - Vitamins of the B complex - Folic acid - Magnesium Fructoligosaccharides (FOS) are complex carbohydrates, which are found in small quantities in various plants. Along with other starch-type oligosaccharides such as Inulin, FOS are almost all indigestible. Among the nutritional supplements, they are highly appreciated for their "prebiotic" effects as if administered in adequate quantities they benefit the consumer thanks to the selective promotion of the growth and / or activity of one or more bacteria already present in the intestinal flora. FOS therefore further increase the ability of friendly bacteria (probiotics) to promote the health of our gut. LACTIFOS® can be useful in all subjects who need to restore the intestinal bacterial flora following an imbalance due to disordered nutrition, diarrhea, flatulence, psychophysical stress , in association with antibiotic therapy to prevent intestinal dysmicrobism.

Recommended dose

We recommend taking 2 vials a day, on an empty stomach. The vial can be poured into half a glass of sweetened water at room temperature.
