Active principles

Lactoferrin : iron-carrier glycoprotein, also known as lactotransferrin, found in the breast milk of mammals.

Lactoferrin 200 contains a purified fraction of bovine lactoferrin, 100% natural, directly isolated from skimmed cow's milk by an ion exchange chromatography process. It is purified by ultra and microfiltration and finally cold lyophilized (cryodrying) to preserve the characteristics of the organic substance.

Contains high-dose lactoferrin (200 mg / capsule), with a specific particle size and iron concentration, characteristics that guarantee the activity and functionality of the lactoferrin itself.
DRcaps ™ gastro-resistant capsules allow to maintain the integrity of the substance by preserving it from the degradation of gastric juices, thus improving its bioavailability.

Curiosity

Lactoferrin (LF) appears at particularly high concentrations in mammalian milk and was first isolated from bovine milk.

It is a highly conserved protein, expressed and secreted by exocrine glandular cells in most body fluids such as saliva, tears and milk.

Endogenous lactoferrin is involved in inflammatory processes as it is released from neutrophil granules.
