Lactyferrin Defense Sesderma - Nasal Spray

How to use
Daily use. Hold the nasal spray upright. Insert the tip of the spray into one nostril, closing the other with your finger. Direct the nebulizer towards the lateral side of the nose, trying not to vaporize the nasal septum. Inhale and express, pressing firmly on the bottom of the bottle. Breathing through the mouth perform the same procedure for the other nostril.
