Laevolac Regola is a food supplement based on fibers from wheat bran and Psyllium (Plantago ovata):

• Psyllium : a plant from whose seeds a cuticle is obtained with the ability to absorb large quantities of liquids. Promotes the modulation of nutrient absorption and contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit.
• Wheat bran : fibrous shell that coats the seeds of the cereal externally, it is a concentrated source of insoluble fiber. It contributes to accelerate intestinal transit and increase fecal mass.

The indicated effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 10 g of wheat fibers.
It is indicated as part of a low-calorie diet in association with physical activity.
The intake of the fibers contained in the product promote correct intestinal transit.

How to use
