Food supplement of magnesium, zinc and copper with alpha-lipoic acid, devil's claw, escolzia, restharrow and feverfew; indicated to provide an additional supply of these nutrients in case of deficiency or increased need. The nutritional components present in the product can contribute: to normal muscle function (magnesium); maintenance of normal connective tissues (copper); to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (copper and zinc). plant extracts can: promote joint function (devil's claw and feverfew); counteracting localized states of tension (feverfew); promote a state of relaxation (escolzia) and favor the drainage of body fluids (ononide).

Property
-Ononis spinosa (es): roots and rhizomes of this plant are used; it exerts an expasmolytic and muscle relaxant action on smooth muscles, also favoring a mild uretic action.
-Escolzia (es): the aerial parts of this plant are rich in protopin which exerts a pain relieving and muscle relaxant action and is especially indicated in the case of diseases characterized by muscle spasms.
-Devil's claw (es): in addition to the well-known anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic action of the phytocomplex, the devil's claw is also able to exert a pain-relieving and hypouricemic action therefore translates into a useful adjuvant in the treatment of gouty states.
-Partenio (es): the aerial parts (flowers and leaves) of this plant belonging to the Composite family are rich in lactone sesquiterpenes, among which parthenolide is the largest representative. Feverfew has a pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory action and, as regards the mechanism of action, an inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis has been demonstrated which appears to be mediated by an inhibitory effect on phospholipase. An inhibitory effect both on the 5-lipo-oxygenase enzyme and on the activation of the inducible forms of the cyclo-oxygenase and nitroxide synthase enzymes also contribute to the anti-inflammatory action of parthenolide.
- Alpha-lipoic acid: from the metabolic point of view it acts as a cofactor for numerous enzymes that participate in the glucose conversion process but some of its structural characteristics make it extraordinarily effective as an antioxidant and therefore indispensable to counteract the damage associated with the formation of free radicals. In the specific case it acts by improving the speed of nervous communication and exerts a normalizing action against nervous sensitivity, thus reducing both pain and sensory torpidity.
-Zinc: it is an essential mineral and in quantity it is the second most abundant in the body. It plays an essential role both as regards the absorption and use of vitamins and for the constitution of most of the enzymes with metabolic action. For this reason it is absolutely fundamental for the good functionality of the muscles.
-Magnesium: presides over the mechanisms of ionic transport, allows muscle contraction and the function of cellular ion pumps. It plays a fundamental role in the metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates, proteins, participates in the synthesis of ATP and stabilizes it in the cytoplasm. For these many reasons it is essential for a physiological functioning of both voluntary and non-voluntary muscles.
- Copper: it is an essential element for the human species. In the various tissues it acts above all as a cofactor of numerous enzymes which are themselves involved in various physiological functions and is also contained in some proteins. Its action is important for the mineralization of the skeleton and for the formation of new red blood cells and connective tissue.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet a day, to be swallowed without breaking or chewing.
