How to use

1. Dip brush once and apply to skin along upper lashes on both eyes. Do not wash.
2. Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. It is not necessary to apply to the lower lash line.

When to use

Use twice a day, morning and evening, on clean, dry skin.
