Strato plus is a food supplement of simple and complex carbohydrates, glucogenic amino acids, mineral salts and vitamin C particularly suitable for those who practice long-lasting sports ; Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, magnesium supports normal energy metabolism, contributes to the electrolyte balance of the body and, together with potassium, to regular muscle and nervous system.

• Potassium acts on the control of osmotic pressure.
• Zinc promotes cell division and tissue renewal.
• Sodium regulates the acid-base balance and the hydro-saline balance.
• Dextrose assists in the rapid reformation of depleted glycogen.

How to use

1 sachet twice a day a day, dissolving the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of water.
