The gluten-free pasta "Le Veneziane" originates from the experience consolidated over the decades by Molino di Ferro in the processing of corn. The meticulous selection of the best Italian corn, the excellent cooking properties and the ability to retain the seasoning guarantee a tasty, alternative and rewarding first course.

Instructions for use
Cooking instructions: 100 g of pasta, 1 l of water, 10 g of salt. Salt the boiling water, pour in "Le Veneziane". Mix. Drain leaving a little water.
