Sourdough to enhance the preparation of bread, with a characteristic aroma thanks to this 100% preparation from rye flour from organic farming. It gives each type of bread a wonderful texture and a full flavor of fresh bread.

How to use

For a wholemeal rye bread: 2 sachets of 30 g of sourdough extract for 1 kg of flour. For other types of bread: 1 sachet of 30 g of sourdough extract per 1 kg of the desired flour. For breads with flour mix (rye and other): in proportion
