Chewing gum

Chewing gum with orange flavored ginger, sweetened with stevia and xylitol

Thanks to an innovative production system, Lemon Pharma was able to produce ginger chewing gum for the first time with the "melted-gum" process. The individual components of the product are gently mixed by administering heat, ensuring the best possible preservation especially of natural ingredients such as ginger and xylitol. By chewing the gum these components are released slowly and can thus be absorbed particularly effectively by the mucous membranes.

  • Without sugar, aspartame and gluten
  • Sweetened with stevia and xylitol
  • Produced with the "melted-gum" process
  • Great ginger taste to be consumed between meals
  • For teeth and gums.

A tuber to conquer the world

In England ginger jam is very popular, while in Japan this tuber is pickled and used to accompany sushi. The candied ginger, on the other hand, is increasingly loved all over the world. This root is found in tea, in the form of syrup or in the famous ginger ale. Young harvested ginger has a mild taste, while the more mature tuber has a more spicy flavor. It is appreciated in kitchens all over the world for its spicy flavor and gives a refined touch to soups and seafood, but also to poultry, lamb or fish.
But ginger is more than just a spice for cooking. It is one of the healthiest foods in the world. In many countries its precious virtues have already been used for over 3000 years. And in Europe too, ginger is a much loved home remedy.

The precious strength of ginger
The ginger plant grows in tropical and subtropical regions and is produced today mainly in India. The most widespread type of ginger is zingiber officinale. The part that is used of this beautiful plant are its shoots that grow underground, the so-called rhizomes. The root of ginger contains oleoresin, a viscous balm consisting of essential oils and a part of spicy substances, gingerols and shogaoli. Preparations based on ginger root have antioxidant and stimulating effects on the production of gastric juices, saliva and bile, as well as on intestinal function.
