FICUS CARICA - Bud extract of Fig

Since ancient times, the Ficus Carica has been the symbol of fertility, almost a small cornucopia, rich in seeds immersed in a very sweet nectar. Dried, they formed important sugar reserves for the cold seasons, with remarkable expectorant and soothing properties for coughs. Ficus Carica was part of the compositions for the elimination of kidney stones and intestinal mucus.

The fig is considered the rebalancer of the stomach, but its buds also have an important activity in the treatment of joint diseases and skin reactions of allergic origin. It is also helpful in case of affections of the genital mucous membranes, especially female ones such as white discharge, candidiasis and inflammation.

Indications : depression and neuroasthenes, headaches, asthenia, vomiting, esophageal dysphagia, gastroduodenitis and related symptoms, chronic gastritis with iron deficiency anemia, duodenal ulcer, esophageal dysphagia, dyspeptic functional disorders associated with meteorism, aerophagia; leukorrhea, candidiasis, joint pain.

Directions for use : 50 drops 2 times a day in a little water or herbal tea

Ingredients : hydroalcoholic glycerin macerate (Stabilizer: glycerin, ethyl alcohol, water, 2.4% buds) of Ficus carica L. (Fig).

Average content of the characterizing ingredients for a maximum daily dose of 100 drops corresponding to 2.6 g of Ficus carica hydroalcoholic glycerin macerate.
