Brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) (contains barley , wheat and sulphites ); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; thickener: crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
Swallow 2 tablets three times a day with water, preferably with meals.
