Magnesium plays a role in the cell division process and contributes to normal energy metabolism. Myo-inositol is a natural compound, derived from glucose, which acts as a precursor for second intracellular messengers that regulate the insulin signaling pathway. Ferulic Acid has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, and potentially reduces the risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) is a water-soluble vitamin and plays a role in the cell division process and in the normal functioning of the immune system. It also contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids and to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Vitamin D3 regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and contributes to normal muscle function.

How to use

It is recommended to take 1 - 2 tablets a day with plenty of water, preferably between meals.
