Frangula ( Rhamnus frangula cortex) herbal tea cut, senna ( Cassia angustifolia Vahl. Folium) herbal tea cut, mallow ( Malva sylvestris L. folium) herbal tea cut, fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Miller semen), coriander ( Coriandrum sativum fructus) herbal tea cut, liquorice glabra L. radix decorticata) herbal tea cut.

How to use

Pour a tablespoon of herbal tea in 250 ml of water, bring to a boil, reduce the flame and boil for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave the infus to rest, covered, for 15 to 30 minutes. Filter and drink, preferably in the evening.
When needed, if desired, the dose can be increased to two tablespoons.
The herbal tea already has a pleasant taste that can be enriched by adding a teaspoon of honey or sugar (preferably cane) to improve its flavor.

Warnings

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended.
